At this time, insurance is not accepted, and services are offered on a private pay basis only.

To help make counseling more accessible, a limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need.

If you have questions about fees or would like to discuss sliding scale availability, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Counseling sessions are available both in person and virtually, offering flexibility to choose the format that works best for you. In person sessions are available in Ketchum, Idaho, while virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA compliant Zoom platform.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly based on individual goals, needs, and availability. The frequency of sessions may be adjusted over time as progress is made and client needs evolve.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
